The Specialty Pharmacy division of Kings Pharmacy has been designed to offer a high level of support for its patients. Once enrolled in the specialty pharmacy division, the patient can expect to receive a level of care coordination which includes:
- Assistance with insurance needs/prior authorization/appeals processing
- Coordination with not-for-profit/financial assistance foundations if needed
- Patient support and advocacy information
- Patient education
- Assistance with drug compliance
- 24-hour access to a clinical professional
- Special delivery services of medicines and ancillary supplies (needles, syringes, alcohol swabs)
